Copyrighted materials remain our intellectual property until they are paid for by the client, by law, so the companies named are using our copyrighted material without a right to do so. We would like to name and shame these companies and warn the business community and other reputable firms about doing business with our Hall Of Shame members.

They commissioned a translation job for Malaysia Airlines to translate the airline's Terms and Conditions document into French language, we did the job and they received the documents, and havent paid the invoice since 15 November 2007.

Thinkscape Group (www.thinkscapegroup.com) is a branding and architectural firm from Kuala Lumpur Malaysia. They commissioned a translation job for CCSB website to be localised into Simplified Chinese and Japanese languages, we delivered the job and Thinkscape hasnt paid the invoices since 10 February 2010.

Future Solutions Laboratory (www.fsll.com) is an IT consultancy and internet applications solutions provider from Hong Kong China. They commissioned a copywriting services job on behalf of Hong Kong Tourism Board, eTranslate delivered the documents and FSLL hasnt paid the invoices since 23 June 2011.
